Dangerous Eggs
After I got out of school today something rather interesting happened. I was preparing lunch for myself by placing two raw eggs in a bowl, and cooking it in the microwave for a minute and a half. Then I would take the egg and place it on an English muffin with cheese. Very quick and easy, and not at all greasy (oh my, I think I just rhymed.) The only problem with doing this is that the egg will pop or "blow up" in the microwave. All I had to do was simply place a paper towel over the bowl while I cooked it...problem solved. After it had exploded about 3 times, I let it set on the counter for about ten seconds, then I took my spoon to loosen the edges to dump it onto my English muffin. BOOM! Believe it or not, it was loud! The egg had blown up again, this time in my face. It was still hot, and about a quarter of the egg disappeared. Most of all, it scared the dickens out of me. Uh, I will try to notify everyone of the brand so that everyone can cook safely. All two people that read my blog that is.
